Here is a photo by an unidentified photographer that was taken near Rockville, Pennsylvania, c. 1938. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #6851, an M-1 (4-8-2) "Mountain" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during September of 1926 and retired in October of 1955 after 29 years of faithful service. Note the trainphone apparatus on the tender's deck. Gary Mittner Collection.
