| After finishing up at Strasburg, we continued west for another 3-4 hour drive to the last big stop on our trip; Altoona, PA to watch the action on the NS Pittsburg District at the famous Horseshoe Curve and Rose Yard/Juniata Shops. Even though we arrived late in the evening, I still wanted to go out and photograph some of the action taking place on the east side of the yard. We watched the action unfold from the 8th Street Bridge. When we got there, NS 6905 was sitting waiting to head east. |
