In this view looking East toward the 12th Street Bridge, what will become the new 10th Avenue Expressway's retaining wall is visible on the right. What will become the new Transportation Hub is visible on the left. This photo was taken just about where the main gate to the Pennsylvania Railroad's Passenger Station was once located. |
