PRR Passenger Station, 1960
Stations. Here is an original photo that I took of Pennsylvania Railroad property in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, during January of 1960. Shown here is the PRR's Passenger Station located in Downtown Pittsburgh. This is where three trunk lines joined: from Saint Louis (tracks visible at lower right), from Chicago (from the left), and from Philadelphia (behind the buidling). In olden times, this structure served not only as a Passenger Station, but also as the PRR's Regional Headquarters. Nowadays, it has been converted into a luxury apartment building!
