Streetside  Contributor's Pick!
The Ithaca Branch runs along a city street to get through town from the yard to the line up to Ludlowville, where the Cargill salt mine and NYSEG plant are located. It makes for some interesting traffic. Not too bad here, though this guy wanted to get across pretty badly-a close call, even at 10 MPH-but the main streets get really tied up. WAIT 2 rolls south in the late afternoon, and a traffic mess is a sure thing.
