| Behind the fence is Burlington Northern Railroad class ARS3 4064 in the dead line at Cicero, Illinois on an unknown day in September 1980, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. Built in June 1953 as SP&S RS3 79 (c/n 80495), it became BN ARS3 4064 sometime after the March 2, 1970 merger, retired by the BN during April 1980. The frame is stencilled: ARS-3. |
