Empty Pryor Coal Train E-KCCCAM1-34A departs Lincoln for the mines in Wyoming. The first storm of the winter had dumped 6-12 inches of snow on the Nebraska Division the night before making this morning a challenging one for the BNSF. This train is seen leaving town on the BNSF Ravenna Subdivision at CP 61. E-KCCCAM1-34 is en route from the Grand River Dam Authority power plant in Pryor, Oklahoma on the Union Pacific (Interchanged to BNSF at Kansas City) to the Caballo Mine in the Wyoming Powder River Basin. BNSF SD70ACe 9152, 0 loads, 135 empty GRDX coal gons, 2835 tons, and 7461 feet of train including three rear DPU locomotives BNSF ES44AC 5765, BNSF ES44AC 6302, and BNSF SD70MAC 8939. |
