Some parts of CSX's lines are signaled in both directions. Most of the signals default to the "Stop" aspect/indication (mostly on ex-C&O lines). So it's probably the correct display at this time. Dad was an operator and dispatcher for C&O/Chessie/CSX for 22 years and was always glad to answer any questions I had about railroading.

Home page again 05-11-2021. Those units never wore that scheme-they were delivered after the merger-but it still looks really good on them. Anyone know what became of this engine??
