| C&NW E8 512 stopped at the Clybourn Avenue Station in Chicago, Illinois on August 18, 1982, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. Number 512 was built in June 1953 as C&NW E8 5027B (c/n 18116), equipped with Cummins HEP in 1961, rebuilt and renumbered to 512 on March 12, 1974, sold to the RTA on December 31, 1977 and leased back for operation, retired May 2, 1983. |
