| UP 8139 (SD9043MAC) and fellow unit CSX 7500 (C40-8) have been pulled into the clear on a normally unused portion of track M-04 in the CSX middle yard and tied down awaiting the call to head north to Montgomery. All of the tracks in the foreground have now been ripped out and replaced with new rail, ties and ballast to support local yard operations in Dothan, AL. And, needless to say, the weeds are long gone now as the newly rebuilt middle yard is heavily used in 2009 operations. |
