OICA stopped at CP River waiting for traffic to clear.          
I was regular engineer on OICA at the time. Not sure of exact date but it was September of 1996. OICA was unofficially called by me the "Camden Comet"...12hrs to get from Oak Island to Camden...We would normally set out at Woodburn and Frankfurt Jct on the way to Camden. The nickname Camden Comet actually caught on for a while at Oak Island. At least when I was on the job...
