Waiting for Amtrak  Contributor's Pick!
When the ICC would not let a railroad discontinue a train this was a typical railroad's response. The coach probably had no services. Now the railorad could go back to the ICC and say almost nobody is riding. We have cut costs to the bone and are still loosing money. Or the railroad could wait for Amtrak. This shot taken from the 12th St. Bridge.
