Description:  Built in 1954 by P-S in Lot #6935 to Plan #4190 as CN 7C sleeper buffet lounge platform observation #1098 BURRARD, 1 of 2 such cars (#1098 and #1099 BEDFORD) built in that Lot; part of a 143 car order placed by CN in October 1952; the #1098-#1099 were delivered in March 1954. VIA Rail later sold the BURRARD to private ownership. For more info, see: W.
